This is our current breakfast menu which is prooving to be very popular.
Breakfast is included in your room rate.
All options include fresh coffee and/or juice.
We aim to take the food anxiety out of your stay with us. Feel free to let Laura know about your dietary requirements.
Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, sugar free or anything else we can do, please let us know.
In order to make sure that we have everything prepared and available, it would be very much appreciated if you can notify Laura of your breakfast selection the evening prior.
Homemade raw cereal of coconut, nuts & seeds served with yoghurt or milk of your choice.
Organic oats, almond meal & diced apricots soaked overnight in the milk of your choice, then cooked and served with apricot yoghurt and slivered almonds.
Mashed local avo with toast of your choice. Add a couple of scrambled eggs and bacon or smoked salmon if you like.
Fresh banana layered with blueberry compote topped with homemade raw cereal bound with a little honey before baking in the oven. Served with blueberry or natural yoghurt.
Served alongside scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes & pesto.
Add bacon or smoked salmon if you like.
A selection of fruit toast & pastries with spreads. Add a little yoghurt and/or fresh fruit salad if you like.
